| Queensbay Mall opened for business on 1 December 2006. It is currently the largest, longest and most modern shopping mall in Penang. The Mall is located in Bayan Lepas, minutes away from the Penang Bridge, the heart of a prime waterfront development sprawling over a land area of 73 acres. | Sunshine Square located in the heart of Bayan Baru township was opened in the year 1993. It underwent upgrading exercise every 2 years & recently Brand New Sunshine Square was unveiled on July 2005. The shopping complex is currently 100% occupied. It comprises Supermarket (basement & new wing), Beauty Hall (Level 1), Her World (Level 2), His World (Level 3), Kids Zone and Gifts department (Level 4) |

| The Bukit Jambul Complex is a shopping mall located in the fast-developing Bukit Jambul area of Bayan Lepas. It was build with a total of RM350 million featuring 414 shops, a hypermarket Cosmart, food court, and a high-tech amusement centre. The cineplex and the bowling alley has been closed down since 2007. The Cosmart Hypermarket has also been losing customers. The newly built Queensbay Mall is thought to be the cause of it. |
