You can take the limousine or taxi which are available at the arrival hall. You need to buy the ticket from a Limousine/Taxi Ticketing Counter which is just in front of you once you stepped out from the arrival hall.

 

From Weld Quay (Penang Ferry Terminal):
You can take a taxi which is available at the front of the ferry terminal. Alternatively, you can take public bus Rapid Penang U101 or U103 or U104 and stop at Tanjung Bunga.

 
From Sungai Nibong Express Bus Terminal:
You can take a taxi which is available at the bus terminal. Alternatively, you can take public bus Rapid Penang U401 to Weld Quay first. Then only you will take public bus Rapid Penang U101 or U103 or U104 and stop at Tanjung Bunga.
 
Driving there:
You need to follow road signs which direct you to Tanjung Bunga.
It will take around 30mins if you drive from Penang International Airport.
It will take around 15mins if you drive from Georgetown.
